On Friday May 1st, I was notified by the builder at Heritage Oaks that they were having an open house that weekend and they would like the entrances to be spruced up. I notified you to see if the mulch project could be completed immediately. Without hesitation you began to get the ball rolling. Although it was late in the afternoon on Friday you did not offer any excuses. Instead you were able to come up with a plan on how to get this project achieved.
Because of your selflessness and devotion to exemplary work, the entrances at Heritage Oaks look beautiful and the builder is grateful. Your represented the quality of work that John’s Landscaping is becoming known for.
I wanted to personally thank you for going above and beyond. Although you had valid reasons for not getting the project done on very little notice, you failed to complain or excuse yourself from the task. Keep up the great work.
